We ship orders with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. There is no payment on the site: you choose how you'd like to pay, and a manager confirms the order and explains how to pay.
How it works
- You place an order on the site — as a guest or with an account.
- A manager checks availability, confirms the order and the price, and contacts you.
- After confirmation (and payment, if you chose to pay in advance) we pack and ship the parcel.
- The waybill number comes to your email and, with an account, shows in your account too.
Nova Poshta delivery
- To a branch — any Nova Poshta branch.
- To a parcel locker — if the parcel fits.
- By courier — to your address.
Delivery costs follow Nova Poshta's rates and are paid by the recipient. Delivery is free from the amount shown in the Delivery box on this page. Delivery to other countries can be discussed with a manager.
Payment
You choose how to pay when you order — the options are in the Payment box on this page. You don't pay anything until a manager confirms the order.
Cancelling
While an order is "Placed", you can cancel it yourself in your account or write to a manager. After confirmation — only through a manager.
