- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and placing an order.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
- We may temporarily restrict access to an account in the event of suspicious activity, abuse or a breach of these Terms.
For customers’ convenience, the website may support sign-in through Google and other available sign-in methods.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide up-to-date information about the product range, specifications, prices and availability.
Descriptions and photographs are for informational purposes. Packaging may vary in appearance depending on the batch or changes made by the manufacturer.
Product availability and the final terms of the order are confirmed by a manager.
3. Placing and Confirming Orders
Placing an order on the website constitutes the buyer’s request to purchase the selected products.
After receiving the request, a manager may contact you to clarify availability, price, payment method and delivery.
An order is considered accepted once a manager has confirmed it and its essential terms have been agreed with the buyer.
If a product’s price is listed as “On request”, a manager will provide the current price before confirming the order. The buyer decides whether to accept the proposed price.
We may decline to confirm an order if:
- The product is out of stock.
- Insufficient information has been provided to fulfil it.
- The terms could not be agreed with the buyer.
- Fulfilling the order would violate legal requirements.
4. Payment
The HIMIK SHOP website does not directly charge bank cards.
When placing an order, the buyer selects an available payment method. The necessary payment details, instructions and final amount are provided by a manager after the details have been agreed.
The buyer receives information about product prices, payment and delivery before making a payment.

5. Delivery
Orders are delivered through “Nova Poshta” to available branches or by other available methods offered by this carrier and agreed upon when placing the order.
Delivery costs and timeframes depend on the carrier’s rates and terms, the delivery location and the specifics of the order.
If free delivery applies to an order, the relevant terms are stated on the website or communicated before the order is confirmed.
After dispatch, the buyer may be provided with a waybill number to track the parcel.
6. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
The buyer may contact a manager to request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched or received, the possibility of rejecting, returning or exchanging the product is determined in accordance with Ukrainian law and the specifics of the relevant product category.
To submit a return or exchange request, you must contact a manager and provide information about the order and the reason for the request.
The buyer’s rights regarding products of unsatisfactory quality are preserved in accordance with Ukrainian law.

7. User Reviews
Registered users may leave ratings, reviews and product photographs in accordance with the website’s available features.
Reviews may be moderated before publication.
We may reject content containing:
- Insults, threats or discriminatory statements.

- Other people’s personal data without a proper basis.
- Knowingly false information or content that violates the law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumers’ statutory rights or the seller’s liability under Ukrainian law.

Use of website materials in violation of their rights holders’ rights is prohibited.
