Route of administration

Intramuscularly, most often into the gluteal muscle. Administered 1–2 times per week to maintain stable hormone levels.

Cycle duration

The optimal duration is 10–12 weeks, as the drug’s effect builds gradually.

Combining (stacking)

Most often combined with testosterone (cypionate, enanthate) for a better anabolic effect. Also combined with trenbolone or Masteron, depending on the goals (bulking or cutting).

Post-cycle recovery (PCT)

Mandatory, as boldenone suppresses natural testosterone secretion. HCG, clomiphene or tamoxifen are used after the cycle ends.
