Route of administration

Intramuscularly, most often — 1–2 times per week. Due to its long ester (undecylenate), the drug has a long half-life (up to 14 days).

Cycle duration

The recommended duration is 10–14 weeks. Shorter cycles may not deliver the full effect due to its slow action.

Combining (stacking)

Combines well with testosterone (enanthate/cypionate), trenbolone, stanozolol, turinabol, masteron — depending on the goal of the cycle.

Post-cycle recovery (PCT)

PCT is necessary after the cycle due to suppression of natural testosterone. Clomiphene, tamoxifen or HCG are usually used.

Quality mass gains

Muscle mass gains without significant water retention or puffiness.

Improved appetite

Significantly increases appetite, which is beneficial for athletes with a fast metabolism.

Improved blood cell production

Stimulates erythropoiesis (red blood cell production) — improves endurance and oxygen delivery to muscles.

Mild side effect profile

Does not readily convert to estrogen — the risk of gynecomastia is minimal.

• Intermediate: 400–600 mg per week
• Experienced users: 600–800 mg per week

Administration frequency

1–2 times per week (for example, Monday and Thursday) to maintain stable blood levels.

Slow effect

Boldenone only starts producing noticeable effects from week 3–4 of the cycle — patience is needed.

Increased blood viscosity

May increase hematocrit, placing additional strain on the cardiovascular system. Monitoring blood tests is recommended.

Aromatization — minimal

At high doses, mild aromatization is still possible — estradiol monitoring or an aromatase inhibitor is sometimes necessary.

Not recommended for women

Due to its androgenic effect — risk of virilization.
