Route of administration

OXIGED is taken orally, usually once or twice a day with or without food.

Cycle duration

A cycle usually lasts 4–6 weeks, sometimes up to 8, but longer cycles are not recommended due to liver toxicity.

Combining (stacking)

Often combined with injectable compounds (testosterone enanthate, trenbolone, deca) for a more pronounced effect. It should not be combined with other hepatotoxic agents.

Post-cycle recovery (PCT)

A full PCT (clomiphene, tamoxifen) is necessary after the cycle, as oxymetholone strongly suppresses endogenous testosterone production.

Hepatotoxicity

OXIGED is toxic to the liver. The use of hepatoprotective agents (such as silymarin) is recommended during and after the cycle.

Fluid retention

May cause significant water retention and increased blood pressure — it is important to monitor these parameters.

Not for women

Due to its high androgenicity, oxymetholone is not recommended for women because of the risk of virilization.

Blood tests — advisable

For safe use, testing liver enzymes, estradiol, and a lipid profile is advisable.
